Come work
with us.
Send us a resume.
We keep every resume on file and we look at it again the moment the work calls for another set of hands. A cover note telling us what kind of law you want to be doing in five years is worth more to us than a long list of software you've used.
Or mail one to 490 Textile Avenue, Dracut, MA 01826. Every inquiry is treated as confidential.
Two kinds of candidate, always.
This is a small office in Dracut handling real estate, estate planning, elder law, probate, family law, business law, litigation, and personal injury for people who live nearby. Nobody here is a cog in a department. That is the appeal of the job and it is also the demand it makes.
- Paralegal Someone comfortable running a closing file end to end — title rundowns, the registry, lender packages, the settlement statement — or the probate and estate planning side of the practice. Experience with Massachusetts registries of deeds and the Probate and Family Court counts for a great deal. We will train the right person who has the temperament and not yet the years.
- Associate attorney Admitted in Massachusetts, or sitting for the bar. Real estate and estate planning are where the volume is, but an associate here will also see family law and litigation matters. What matters most is being able to explain a hard thing to a worried client in plain language, and being willing to answer the phone.
- Also worth writing If you are a law student looking for a clerkship, or an experienced legal assistant, or a paralegal returning to work after time away — write to us anyway. We would rather read a resume we didn't ask for than miss the right person.

- The clients Families and small businesses across the Merrimack Valley — Dracut, Lowell, Chelmsford, Tyngsborough, Andover, Methuen. Many of them come back for the next thing, and their children come back after that.
- The pace Steady rather than frantic. Closings set the calendar, so there are busy weeks. Nobody is asked to bill hours they didn't work.
