David Clermont is the partner Merrimack Valley families work with today at Clermont Law Office. He joined the firm in 2012 and became a partner in 2022. He has since become the attorney clients call when something important needs to be done right the first time: a closing, a divorce, a parent's estate.
Background
Before joining the firm, David was an associate at a mid-sized Boston law firm. He practiced civil litigation and insurance defense, focusing on toxic tort and complex products liability litigation. He brings that discipline to the matters that matter most to the people in front of him.
Practice
David’s work covers the firm’s practice areas: real estate closings, estate planning, probate, family law, business law, civil litigation, and personal injury.
Outside the office
David spends his time with his wife and four children, usually on a youth sports field somewhere, or on the mound himself.
